Web Integrations Support Engineer

The Web Integrations Support Engineer will help customers integrate Smartling solutions sustainably and scalably, maintaining customer integrations over time. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role focused on troubleshooting and solution design. 2+ years of hands-on experience with HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Strong skills with browser DevTools, network debugging, and understanding of web technologies. Knowledge of proxies, CDNs, web servers, DNS/TLS, caching, and web security basics. Ability to write scripts (JavaScript, Python, or Bash) and diagnose issues from logs. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
