Senior Security Engineer, Offensive Security
About this role
Description: Drive offensive security at Docker by conducting realistic adversarial testing on products, platforms, and cloud infrastructure. Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to implement security solutions and improve security programs. Requirements: 3+ years in security engineering with hands-on offensive security and penetration testing experience. 2+ years of development experience in Python or Golang. Expertise in authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust principles. Strong experience securing cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS applications. Proficient with offensive security tools (e.g., Burp Suite) and techniques. Excellent communication skills for explaining security concepts to diverse stakeholders. Offensive security certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE) and experience with AI/ML security risks are a plus. Benefits: Remote-first work environment with flexibility in scheduling.
