Who we are We simplify wealth creation. Founded in 2014 in Vienna, Austria by Eric Demuth, Paul Klanschek and Christian Trummer, we’re here to help people trust themselves enough to build their financial freedom — for now and the future. Our user-friendly, trade-everything platform empowers both first-time investors and seasoned experts to invest in the cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks*, precious metals and commodities* they want — with any sized budget, 24 ⁄ 7 . Our global team works across different cultures and time zones, bringing our products to more than 7 million customers, making us one of Europe’s safest and most secure platforms that powers modern investing. Headquartered in Austria but operating across Europe, our products are built by fast-moving, talented, “roll-up-your-sleeves-and-make-it-happen” kind of people. It’s these diverse perspectives and innovative minds operating as ONE TEAM that keep Bitpanda at the cutting edge of our industry. So if you’re someone who thinks big, moves fast and wants to make an impact right from day one, then get ready to join our industry-changing team. Let’s go! Your mission At Bitpanda we are redefining how Europe invests, and we want to speak to our customers in their own language, starting with German. You will own our German copy for CRM, product launches, website and landing pages: write natively in German first, adapt into English, and set the editorial standard every other market builds on. Our product marketing teams work in English; you turn their launch messaging into German that sounds like Bitpanda, fast. As part of Growth Operations you work closely with CRM, the product marketing managers, Localisation and Legal. What you’ll do German-first copywriting: Write German copy for CRM (email, push, in-app), product launches, websites and landing pages, then produce the English reference version for other markets, with long-form content on request. Editorial ownership: Have final say on wording, structure and clarity in both languages, while channel and campaign owners review message, facts and call to action. Financial product communication: Explain crypto, stocks, ETFs and other investment products accurately, accessibly and compliantly, partnering with Legal and Compliance on financial claims and regulated wording. Standards and tools: Build and maintain the German style guide, glossary and terminology, and shape the prompts and AI tools used in content and localisation. Workflow and delivery: Take briefs from CRM, product marketing and channel owners, manage a steady flow of requests at speed without losing quality, and hand approved content into the localisation workflow. Who you are Languages: Native-level German that is idiomatic, precise and culturally current, plus business-fluent English strong enough to write the English version yourself. Experience and portfolio: Four or more years as a content editor, copywriter or managing editor at a tech, fintech, media or consumer brand, ideally covering CRM and web, with a portfolio of CRM journeys, landing pages, articles or guides showing structure, clarity and a consistent voice. Editorial rigour: A sharp eye for accuracy and consistency, and experience building or maintaining style guides and glossaries. AI tools: Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and an appetite for shaping how we use them. Finance knowledge (strong plus): Familiarity with investing, crypto or modern finance, and experience writing in a regulated industry.
