Remove bottlenecks: work with Trading, Product, Engineering and Compliance to unblock initiatives. Make it scale: spot manual work worth automating and improve our processes, including with AI tools. Who you are You have a degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Trading experience: You’ve already worked close to trading or trading operations, and early-career or internship experience counts.
