Staff Networking Platform Engineer, Infrastructure

Description: Remote position based in Dallas, San Francisco, or New York City, with hybrid plans in the future. Role involves owning networking across a managed Kubernetes platform for AI compute, focusing on customer connectivity, isolation, and performance. Requirements: Deep knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, routing policy, ECMP, segmentation, interconnects. Experience with bare-metal leaf-spine data center networks, VLANs, VRFs, and EVPN/VXLAN. Proficiency in Kubernetes and Linux networking, including CNI behavior and network policy. Familiarity with Kubernetes controllers, operators, or custom resources in Go, and GitOps. Experience with multitenant infrastructure or managed Kubernetes products. Skills in securing networks that support customer workloads. Benefits: Competitive salary range: L6 ($270,400–$365,800) and L7 ($341,400–$461,800). Compensation primarily in cash with an equity component.
