Staff SRE

Description: Ajaib Group is an Indonesian fintech unicorn focused on transforming retail finance. As a Staff SRE, you will set the reliability strategy and technical direction for Ajaib's platforms, ensuring product availability, speed, and safety. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles with a proven record in large-scale production systems. Strong expertise in SLOs, incident management, and capacity planning. Deep experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). Proficient in Kubernetes, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Kafka, and Redis. Background in fintech or regulated environments with strong communication skills.
