Staff Engineer (Backend) - Money

Description: Lead the technical direction for systems managing customer money, including ledger, account, and payment systems. Design fault-tolerant, secure services and review critical designs from other teams. Mentor Senior Engineers and promote engineering standards for reliability and performance. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 8+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems. Proficient in Java, Go, or another modern backend language. Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, and reliability engineering.
