Senior Ai/ML Engineer

Description: Seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to support Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiatives for the USAF. Role involves bridging development and operational deployment in an Agile environment, enhancing fleet readiness and sustainment efficiency. Requirements: Active Secret security clearance required. Master’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Proficiency with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and data governance frameworks. Strong understanding of statistical distributions for data analysis and predictive modeling. Experience with data visualization tools like Streamlit or Qlik Sense. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to travel minimally for project engagement.
