Team Lead Software Engineering (m/w/d)

Description: Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on responsibility, agile collaboration, and self-organization. Oversee the technical development of the Neo Broker and portal, collaborating with Product, Design, and stakeholders to create innovative finance products. Requirements: Several years of experience in developing and operating cloud-based web applications, ideally on AWS. Strong practical knowledge of technologies such as Java, REST APIs, and modern SPA frameworks like Angular. Experience in leading engineering teams both technically and disciplinarily. Practical experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Proficient with tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach. High initiative, communication skills, and enjoyment of collaborative work. Completed studies in (Business/Media) Computer Science or a comparable qualification. Deep understanding of brokerage products, securities trading, and investment processes, with experience in the Neo Broker environment. Passion for technology, digital products, and modern investment experiences. Very good German and English language skills.
