Staff Backend Engineer - Investment

As a Staff Backend Engineer in the Investment team, you will set the technical direction for trading systems and solve complex problems related to correctness, latency, and reliability. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with a focus on large-scale distributed systems. Proficient in Java, Go, or another modern backend language. Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, and reliability engineering. Deep experience with Kafka, Redis, and both relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and a background in capital markets or regulated environments.
