Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with expertise in large-scale distributed systems. Proficient in Java and Go, with strong skills in microservices, event-driven architectures, and reliability engineering. Experience with Kafka, Redis, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). Background in fintech or regulated environments with strong communication skills.
