Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Platform

Description: Join an early-stage AI and manufacturing supply chain company as a Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the platform team. Build backend services, data pipelines, and integrations for AI-powered agents and transactions in manufacturing workflows. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of production experience in backend services, data pipelines, or platform infrastructure. Proficient in TypeScript, with hands-on experience in Next.js and web development. Experience designing transactional systems with ACID guarantees and idempotent APIs. Hands-on AI development or AI DevOps experience, including NLP or ML pipelines. Experience with LLM-based agents and RAG patterns. Strong PostgreSQL skills and experience with event-driven systems. Experience integrating ERP systems and third-party APIs. Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident response for backend systems. Professional experience in manufacturing supply chain, procurement, or logistics. Benefits: Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship available.
