AI Software Engineer

Description: Join a small team building AI agents and open-source tools for software instrumentation and telemetry. Develop reliable coding-agent workflows to help engineering teams identify and resolve instrumentation issues. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript. Ability to read and modify code in Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, and .NET. Experience in measuring language model quality through evaluations and production signals. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, durable workflows, and Postgres. Strong communication skills for design documents and async collaboration. Valuable experience in open-source maintenance, OpenTelemetry instrumentation, or building agent skills. Useful experience with GitHub App or GitLab integrations, sandboxed code execution, Cloudflare Workers, or Bun. Benefits: Fully remote position with a primary location in Argentina.
