Full-Stack Software Engineer, Design

Description: Join a team building AI infrastructure for reinforcement learning environments. Design and build product interfaces to help users understand agent behavior and improve training workflows. Requirements: Minimum 3 years in design engineering, product design, or similar role with experience shipping product interfaces. Full-stack engineering experience with a portfolio of design-engineering work. Strong front-end engineering skills to turn designs into working interfaces. Technical education or equivalent background with clear communication skills. Proven track record of shipping products and improving based on user feedback. Experience collaborating with engineers and researchers. Familiarity with developer tools, data-rich products, AI agents, and reinforcement learning is a plus. Benefits: Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship available. On-site work in San Francisco, California, with remote work options.
