Senior / Staff Software Engineer, AI Tooling

Description: Join Waabi's AI Technical Strike Team to design, build, and ship custom internal tooling, agents, and workflows to enhance productivity across teams. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and business teams to understand workflows and prototype AI solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on shipping tools or products for large user bases. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). Strong product instincts and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
