Sr. UX Researcher - Patient (Remote)

Description: Seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher (Sr. UXR) to enhance the patient journey in mental healthcare. Role involves leading research to build confidence and trust from discovery to booking and attending sessions. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Marketing teams to ground decisions in research insights. Requirements: 5+ years of UX Research experience with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods. Proven ability to independently lead research programs and influence product decisions. Experience in improving critical product journeys like acquisition and onboarding. Ability to deliver high-quality research quickly and adapt plans based on new evidence. Strong communication skills to synthesize findings into compelling narratives. Preferred: Experience in multi-sided marketplaces, healthcare, and longitudinal measurement programs.
