Sr. UX Researcher (Remote)

Description: Lead user experience research for Rula’s AI and mobile experiences, focusing on patient support between therapy sessions. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Clinical teams to enhance mobile and web experiences. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in user research for digital or consumer products. Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including interviews and usability testing. Experience managing research throughout the product development lifecycle. Ability to communicate complex findings to cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Experience with AI-powered technology research is preferred.
