Solution Architect (Government Presales Team, JR580)

Description: Design practical, competitive, and compliant solutions for government sector opportunities. Gather and synthesize business needs, constraints, and stakeholder requirements to define architecture drivers and quality attributes. Translate complex requirements into clear solution concepts and compelling proposal responses. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in software development using .NET, JavaScript, or Java. 3+ years of experience in technical leadership and software architecture. Experience with pricing, effort estimation, and commercial proposals. Familiarity with government sector or compliance-heavy environments. Strong understanding of AI-related solutions and ability to design AI-enabled systems. Hands-on experience with RFP and RFI responses and technical bid activities. Good understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud (AWS and Azure), cybersecurity, and modern delivery practices. Ability to define architecture drivers, quality attributes, and trade-offs for complex solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Confidence in senior stakeholder discussions and building trusted advisor relationships. Business-focused thinking and flexibility in connecting technical recommendations with client goals.
