AI Engineer, Enablement

Description: Join LangChain to help customers build fluency with agent engineering and the LangSmith platform through training and technical content. Design and deliver workshops, create enablement assets, and streamline team operations while acting as the voice of the customer. Requirements: 3+ years of experience building LLM/agent applications and designing agent architectures. 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with experience in delivering workshops and creating training materials. Strong Python skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. Benefits: Competitive compensation of $150-$195k + equity.
