Solutions Engineer (Chicago)

Description: Work on applied AI problems in front of customers, focusing on production systems. Collaborate with account executives to scope evaluations and design POCs tailored to customer use cases. Requirements: 6+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, software engineering, etc.), preferably in a startup or scale-up. Ability to manage the technical aspects of a sales cycle, including discovery and architecture reviews. Strong communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs and build trust with developers. Proven track record of taking responsibility for outcomes and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Benefits: Competitive compensation with an annual OTE range of $200,000–$250,000 USD.
