Backend Engineer – GTM Engineering (Fresh grad, India)

Description: Join Secfix as the first engineer dedicated to the go-to-market team, building and owning backend systems for data pipelines, integrations, and AI agents. Work remotely from India with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with CET, focusing on hands-on engineering tasks using Python and SQL. Requirements: Recent graduate (0–2 years) in Computer Science or related field with strong academic record. 1+ years of backend experience in a startup environment, strong Python, SQL, and data modeling skills. Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and production code management (Git, deployment, testing). Familiarity with AI coding tools and LLM APIs, and a proactive, independent work ethic.
