(Senior/Staff) Platform Engineer

Description: Own and evolve Duna's cloud platform including AWS, Kubernetes, networking, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability. Shape engineering processes for building and shipping, ensuring safety and speed. Lead incident management, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes. Automate recurring manual tasks and create self-service tools for engineers. Facilitate safe operation of AI agents in engineering with appropriate guardrails. Requirements: Senior experience in platform, DevOps, site reliability, infrastructure, or cloud engineering. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly Kubernetes and infrastructure as code. Experience enhancing developer experience and interest in security or observability. Background in startups or scale-ups with ownership of projects from start to finish. Ability to make informed decisions and communicate effectively. Curiosity about various clouds and tools, with a focus on learning. Experience in regulated environments like fintech or identity is a plus.
