Site Reliability Engineer

Description: Join Redis as a Site Reliability Engineer to work on large-scale systems and support customers. Operate state-of-the-art products using cutting-edge SRE tools in a global role. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering. Proven experience troubleshooting production systems at scale with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong Linux/Unix systems knowledge and understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP). Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and scripting skills in Python and Bash. Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD platforms (Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
