Lead Machine Learning Scientist

Description: Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions for fraud detection and credit access. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk Operations to influence fraud detection and risk decisioning. Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on machine learning experience with a track record in developing and optimizing predictive models. Deep expertise in fraud modeling, particularly in fintech or financial services. Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in ML frameworks and cloud technologies. Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate trade-offs in fraud prevention and member experience. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
