Lead GRC & Security Governance

Description: Lead the governance systems for technology risk, controls, assurance, incident governance, and business continuity at Dave. Shape the technology governance program to provide clear expectations for managing risk across Security, IT, Engineering, and Data teams. Requirements: 8+ years of relevant technology experience in security governance, technology risk, or security assurance. Proven experience leading a SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or equivalent audit successfully. Strong technical fluency in cloud, identity, CI/CD, source control, endpoints, networks, and data platforms. Ability to influence technical teams while maintaining accountability for governance outcomes. Excellent written communication and program management skills.
