Description: Principal Engineer in HRSD responsible for setting technical direction for model-driven capabilities in HR. Focus on agentic and conversational experiences interpreting user intent and acting on their behalf. Requirements: 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of technical direction. Hands-on experience with agentic instructions, autonomous workflows, and evaluation processes. Production experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration, and entitlement-aware data handling. Strong system design, API, data modeling skills, and experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
