Senior Software Engineer, Sudo

Description: Lead complex projects in identity & access, connectors & tools, and customer data foundation for Glia’s AI platform. Shape product architecture and take projects from idea to production, influencing the platform's direction. Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with strong coding skills in languages like Elixir, Go, or Ruby. Proven project leadership in ambiguous environments, with experience in architecting distributed, multi-tenant systems. Familiarity with AI tools and systems, including LLMs and agentic systems. Hands-on experience with authentication/authorization and building integrations at scale. Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to team hiring and technical direction.
