Software Engineer (Mid-level), Quantum

Description: Join the Quantum team at Glia to design and scale core intelligence services for real-time customer interactions and operational foresight. Work on diverse projects throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to both back-end and front-end solutions. Requirements: 2-3 years of professional software development experience with a track record of shipping production-grade code. Strong mastery of strictly-typed/compiled languages, design patterns, and containerized cloud infrastructure (AWS). Experience with Elixir, React, or Terraform is preferred, but a strong technical foundation is valued more than language loyalty. Ability to write clean, test-driven code and proactively identify areas for improvement. Self-starter attitude with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
