Software Engineer

Description: Aradigm is a public benefit corporation focused on helping patients access cell and gene therapies for serious diseases. Hiring two Software Engineers to build and shape the platform, focusing on automation and greenfield projects. Work remotely within the US, preferably East Coast, with occasional travel to NYC office. Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available. Must pass background checks and comply with data use agreements due to government program involvement. Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience in testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. 3–6 years of software or data engineering experience, preferably in health tech or regulated industries.
