Security Engineer

Description: Aradigm is a public benefit corporation focused on helping patients access cell and gene therapies. Hiring a Security Engineer to manage security and compliance, including HITRUST r2 and SOC 2 Type 2 programs. Role involves hands-on responsibilities such as policy writing, control implementation, and evidence collection. Work remotely within the US, preferably East Coast, with occasional travel to NYC office. Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available. Must pass background checks and comply with data use agreements due to government program involvement. 4–10 years of hands-on security and compliance experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries. Experience with HITRUST and SOC 2 audits, HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules, and cloud environments. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $140,000–$175,000 based on experience.
