Senior Data Scientist

Description: Build and own machine learning models for ETA/ATA forecasting and message-based status extraction. Work end-to-end from data pipeline to production deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams while mentoring other data scientists. Requirements: Strong ML fundamentals in regression, classification, and time-series forecasting. Experience with NLP, text extraction, and entity recognition. Proven production ML experience with real traffic models. Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in AWS and orchestration tools like Airflow. Familiarity with model monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana) and handling noisy real-world data. Ability to translate model performance into business impact and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
