Technical Lead

Description: Lead the engineering delivery for Ocean Visibility and/or Order Inventory Visibility at FourKites. Accountable for technical direction, engineering practices, and hands-on coding (40-60% of the week). Requirements: 8+ years in production software, including 2+ years as a tech lead or equivalent. Deep backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Go, with experience in microservices and event-driven systems. Strong SQL skills on PostgreSQL, AWS production experience, and familiarity with CI/CD. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
