AI/ML Modeling Team Lead

Description: Lead the AI/ML modeling team for the USAF Rapid Sustainment Office's Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) program. Develop predictive models to enhance aircraft maintenance, availability, and reduce downtime using historical and real-time data. Requirements: Active DoD Secret clearance required. 6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, with leadership in technical projects. Proven ability to translate complex objectives into modeling requirements. Experience in agile environments and strong stakeholder communication skills. Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. Benefits: Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000, based on experience and qualifications.
