Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Platform

Description: Join an early-stage AI manufacturing and supply chain company as part of the platform team. Build backend services, data systems, and AI infrastructure to coordinate manufacturing workflows and manage supply chains. Requirements: 4 to 12 years of professional experience with a track record as a hands-on builder (Staff or Senior Staff level). Proficient in TypeScript and Next.js, with full-stack experience in Python and Go. Strong data engineering skills in building data pipelines and large-scale processing systems. Experience in developing AI products or infrastructure, including production LLM products and familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle. Knowledge of agent orchestration, RAG, and related AI infrastructure is a plus. Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure, focusing on security and data privacy. Proven ability to build internal tools and manage systems end to end, preferably in a startup environment. Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain, procurement, or logistics is advantageous. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship available.
