Full-Stack Software Engineer, Design

Description: Join a growing team building AI infrastructure and tools for AI training environments. Combine front-end engineering and product design to enhance agent workflows. Requirements: Minimum 3 years in design engineering, product design, or similar role. Full-stack engineering experience with design skills and a portfolio of shipped products. Strong visual design skills and ability to incorporate user feedback. Technical education or strong fundamentals with clear communication of complex concepts. Experience collaborating with engineers and researchers. Familiarity with developer tools, data-rich products, AI agents, or reinforcement learning is beneficial. Experience in building reusable interface patterns or working in early-stage companies is a plus. Benefits: Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship available.
