Lead Data Analyst, Growth & Experimentation

Description: Lead the experimentation program focused on test design, statistical rigor, and readouts across various channels. Own the acquisition-to-conversion funnel, shaping testing strategies while collaborating with CRO and Growth PMs. Requirements: Proficient in SQL, Python, and familiar with dbt and Lightdash for data analysis and automation. Strong understanding of statistical principles, experiment instrumentation, and funnel economics (CAC, LTV). Ability to influence decisions without authority and deliver actionable insights.
