Lead Data Analyst, Growth & Experimentation

Description: Lead Data Analyst focused on Growth and Experimentation at LawnStarter, the leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services. Responsible for the experimentation program, including test design, statistical rigor, and readouts across various channels. Requirements: Proficient in SQL, Python, and familiar with dbt and Lightdash for building models. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experiment instrumentation, and funnel economics (CAC, LTV). Ability to influence decisions without authority and work closely with Growth PMs and CRO. Experience in designing experiments and ensuring data integrity before tests launch. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $75,000–$100,000 USD annually.
