Description: Seeking a SQL Server DBA to manage a large on-premises SQL Server estate (30-40 TB) for a recovery-audit firm. Role involves structuring database management, monitoring, backups, and performance tuning while recommending improvements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator. Expertise in SQL Server installation, configuration, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning. Proficient in scripting with PowerShell or Python and familiar with Pure Storage FlashArray. Experience in designing security policies and database standards, with strong communication skills.
