SQL Server Database Administrator - DBA (Remote LATAM)

Description: Seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) for managing high-availability environments. Responsibilities include database administration, high availability and disaster recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, security, and collaboration with IT teams. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA. Expertise in SQL Server Always On Availability Groups and HA/DR solutions. Strong understanding of T-SQL scripting, indexing, and query tuning. Experience with SQL Server 2016, 2019, and/or 2022. Knowledge of Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC) and cloud-based SQL solutions. Familiarity with PowerShell, automation scripts, and monitoring tools.
