Staff Software Engineer

Description: Drive the technical direction of AudioEye’s platform focusing on digital accessibility. Design and build large-scale systems to detect, remediate, and prevent accessibility issues using AI. Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create impactful systems for customers and end users. Mentor junior engineers and shape the technical roadmap while balancing short-term and long-term goals. Requirements: 10+ years of engineering experience with critical systems design and implementation. Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, including React and Node.js. Experience with relational, NoSQL, and document/object storage. Proven ability to solve complex problems in distributed systems and real-time data technologies.
