Principal Engineer - Core Cloud Platform

Description: Lead the architectural roadmap for AlphaSense's cloud, Kubernetes, and storage platform. Manage cloud-side configuration and Helm chart layer for Cloud Core. Automate provisioning to reduce new cell setup time from weeks to days. Design reusable cross-cell gate mechanisms and evolve the Cloud and Kubernetes platform. Improve security, reliability, cost efficiency, and performance of infrastructure. Requirements: Extensive experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and containerization. Proven track record in running large-scale Kubernetes and Cloud-based SaaS systems. Strong knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch data storages. Proficiency in Python and Golang, with a focus on CI/CD practices. Ability to design and deliver on ambitious technical roadmaps.
