Description: Join AlphaSense as a Senior Corporate Counsel, Data & Content, supporting a fast-paced legal environment. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial data and content contracts. Requirements: J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and admission to a state bar. Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in data/content agreements, either in-house or at a law firm. Knowledge of intellectual property, financial data regulations, and compliance laws. Experience with AI-related legal issues in data licensing is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities. Benefits: Base compensation range of $160,000 - $203,000 USD.
