Full-Stack Software Engineer, Reinforcement Learning

Description: Build product interfaces, backend systems, and internal tools for an AI reinforcement learning data platform. Collaborate with research engineers and external partners to create intuitive products for training data management. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience with a technical background. Proficiency in Python and modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js). Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or reinforcement learning. Experience in building backend services, APIs, and databases, along with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with dashboards, monitoring tools, and data quality assessment interfaces. Experience with data collection and evaluation platforms, and tools like AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Grafana is a plus. Strong product judgment and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Benefits: Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship available for eligible full-time candidates. On-site position in San Francisco, with remote options for candidates in compatible time zones.
