ML Engineer — Agents & LLMs

Description: KIEFER is developing Greece's integrated AI ecosystem, focusing on renewable energy, AI systems, and robotics. The ML Engineer will enhance agent and long-context LLM capabilities for Kiefer Tech’s AI products, focusing on reliability in production. Requirements: 3+ years of ML or research engineering experience with measurable results. Hands-on LLM post-training experience in supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, or reinforcement learning. Experience in building agent systems with tool use, multi-step execution, and error recovery. Strong skills in model evaluation, failure analysis, and training data curation. Proficient in Python and experienced with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
