Senior Software Engineer (AI/Data)

Description: Codat is an advisory intelligence solution for modern commercial banking, providing insights and workflows to enhance banking relationships and revenue. The Senior Software Engineer will build the Advisory Intelligence Platform, integrating client intelligence into existing banking assistants like Microsoft Copilot. Requirements: Experience building production systems from scratch, focusing on interfaces and failure modes. Proficiency in C#, Python, or another backend language, with a commitment to clean, testable code. Familiarity with SQL, Spark, Databricks/Delta Lake, and CI/CD practices, preferably in Azure. Understanding of data handling and its implications for LLMs, with a focus on data integrity and business relevance. Ability to engineer workflows and contribute to team processes.
