Senior Software Engineer (AI/Data)

Description: Codat is an advisory intelligence solution for modern commercial banking, empowering teams with specialized data and insights. The role involves building the Advisory Intelligence Platform, integrating client intelligence into existing banking assistants like Microsoft Copilot. Requirements: Experience building production systems from scratch, focusing on interfaces and failure modes. Proficiency in C#, Python, or another backend language, with a focus on clean, testable code. Familiarity with SQL, Spark, Databricks/Delta Lake, and CI/CD practices. Understanding of data handling and experience with LLMs, including challenges in data strategy. Interest in the business implications of data and ability to create guardrails for data integrity.
