Staff Software Engineer

Description: Foundation Health is an AI operating system for pharmacy, aiming to streamline care coordination and reduce paperwork for pharmacists. The Staff Software Engineer will own core products including prior auth pipelines and Epic integrations, focusing on both coding and architectural decisions. Requirements: Proven experience owning a product and making impactful decisions. Strong background in building complex systems from scratch with clear decision-making rationale. Hands-on approach with the ability to zoom out for broader perspective. High agency and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Daily use of AI tools and a desire to further integrate them into workflows. Must be based in US Eastern or Central time for effective collaboration.
