Principal Software Engineer

Description: Foundation Health is an AI operating system for pharmacy, aiming to streamline care coordination and reduce paperwork for pharmacy teams. The Principal Software Engineer will own architecture across product areas, design scalable systems, and mentor other engineers while working closely with leadership. Requirements: Proven experience building complex systems and making architectural decisions in a high-standard environment. Experience with AI safety, LLMs in production, and deep EHR integration. Ability to simplify architecture and adapt to real constraints, with a focus on reliability and correctness. Background in industries where mistakes are costly, such as healthcare, fintech, or compliance-driven sectors.
