Software Engineer

Description: Develop AI-powered CRM software for financial advisors. Collaborate with experienced Rails engineers and work across the stack (Ruby on Rails, React). Requirements: B.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field. 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. Proficiency in modern programming languages (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go). Interest in AI/LLM technologies and prompt-first development workflows. Strong desire to learn Ruby and Rails; experience is a plus. Familiarity with relational databases and Git is advantageous. Excellent written communication skills and appreciation for UX.
