Mid-Market Solutions Engineer

Description: Wealthbox is the #1 CRM software platform for financial advisors, seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer. The role involves providing technical support and custom demos to advisors, helping them integrate Wealthbox into their practices. Requirements: 2–3+ years in solutions/sales engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS. Strong coachability, active-listening skills, and foundations in value and consultative selling. Clear communication skills and ability to handle technical objections. Comfortable managing multiple deals with a learning mindset. Proficient with Claude for demo preparation and follow-ups. Exposure to CRMs, WealthTech, or FinTech is a plus.
